What Shoppers Say About ledtechnologies.com
LED Technologies has highly polarized reviews, with shoppers split sharply between one-star complaints and five-star praise. Positive reviewers report meaningful results from LED panels for skin concerns, noting visible improvements within weeks. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews cite serious issues: defective products that fail shortly after purchase, restrictive return policies that deny refunds once items are opened, unresponsive customer service (unanswered phone calls and emails), payment holds lasting weeks, and customers bearing return shipping costs. Multiple reviewers describe the company as unresponsive to support requests even during warranty periods.
The most consistent complaint involves LED panels malfunctioning or requiring excessive recharge times, combined with a customer service team that does not follow up on inquiries. Several shoppers report difficulty obtaining refunds or warranty support, and one reviewer noted that submitted customer reviews are not published on the company's website. The stark contrast between the small number of satisfied customers and the majority reporting fraud-like practices and abandonment during warranty issues raises significant concerns about product reliability and company accountability.

Sorted by: Most recentI ordered 3 reels of 5m lights and 2 drivers, only to be told the drivers weren't strong enough for 15m of lights and I'd need to buy 2 more chargers. I asked about exchanging those 2 for higher powered ones and paying the difference. They said returns are only allowed within 14 days, but I'm in the middle of building a fitted bathroom that'll take longer than that to complete. I hadn't even taken them out of the box yet. The sales guy was actually helpful and quick to respond, and he did let me swap out some wrong diffusers for the right ones. Next time I'm going straight to Amazon for the protection of being able to return anything without explanation. It's sad when retailers lock themselves into such tight return windows when competitors like Amazon have such customer friendly policies. Plus their prices are higher than other places, so I'm not sure how they'll stay in business long.
I ordered 5 products total and 2 of them arrived broken. Since they advertise a 1 year warranty, I didn't stress at first. When my daughter opened one for Christmas and it didn't work, she tried contacting them without much luck. I got involved and after tons of back and forth, they finally agreed to accept it back if we paid shipping. We sent it in and they said it was defective and would send a replacement. That replacement never showed up. I called multiple times but got nothing except the blame going to UPS. When I spoke to someone claiming to be a manager, she was rude and said there was nothing they could do, as if customer service works differently from company to company. The only offer was a discount on buying more stuff. What good is a warranty when you have to pay to ship items back and then they don't even send the replacement? This feels like theft to me. I'm glad we didn't spend more money with this sketchy operation. Be careful before you buy.
Not a good company for employment or shopping. Their return policy is basically nonexistent, so make sure you understand what you're signing up for before you buy anything. A relative of mine had to leave a job there because of remarks that seemed prejudiced about his faith. The workplace culture is just unkind with no empathy for either employees or customers. All they care about is profits.
