Do not buy from this company. I ordered a wedding ring set to wear while traveling and used it on a 12-day trip. Just a few days in, the stones on the ring got dark and looked really bad. I got back and called to report it. The rep told me to email pictures, which I did. No one responded. I called back and spoke with someone named John who said he'd send it up to management. Never heard anything back. I emailed again asking for a solution and still got nothing. Their merchandise is total garbage. Don't waste your money on it.

Awful experience. I placed an order on November 18th and after a couple of days and being transferred around, they told me they had no record of any order from me. They did credit my card, but said the order didn't exist in their system. I'm contacting the BBB because this feels fraudulent. I've already notified my credit card company and they're looking into it. Worst shopping experience I've ever had.
