The craftsmanship quality is really bad. The materials are cheap and the gold plating wears away almost right away. Customer service is nowhere to be found. Look somewhere else.
This company is absolutely horrible and won't even complete orders. If you're thinking about buying gifts here, don't bother because either you won't get anything or what shows up is junk. Their customer support is useless and totally unhelpful.
Garbage! I ordered in late November and got it in late December, but it broke by the end of January. The jewelry is cheap and flimsy. Conveniently it broke right after my 30-day window. They said for $5.99 they'd replace my garbage necklace with another garbage one. I'll never order from them again!
