What Shoppers Say About Limoges Jewelry
Limoges Jewelry has overwhelmingly negative reviews, with shoppers consistently reporting severe fulfillment and customer service failures. Common complaints include extreme shipping delays (orders taking a month or more despite promised 48-hour processing and one-week shipping), unresponsive customer service that fails to reply to inquiries, wrong items being shipped, and product quality issues (such as stones becoming discolored). Multiple reviewers mention missed gift occasions due to late arrivals, and attempts to resolve issues through customer support have been unsuccessful.
The rare positive ratings (4 percent) offer no detailed commentary in the available reviews. Given the pattern of complaints across shipping, product quality, and service responsiveness, shoppers consistently state they do not recommend Limoges Jewelry and will not order from the company again.

Sorted by: Most recentReally let down by my personalized ring. The discount made it seem like a good deal, but now I get why it was so cheap. I wouldn't spend $80 on this normally. The three initials are so tiny and squished together that I can barely read them even with a magnifying glass, and I know what they're supposed to say. Shipping also took forever. Can't recommend this.
So disappointed! I spent $200 on a class ring for my daughter's graduation. She never wore it and when I finally asked why, she told me the ring turns her fingers green. She was too embarrassed to tell me right away because she knew I spent so much on it. I'm really let down because I have two other kids graduating soon and I know for sure I won't be buying their rings here. It's been months since I bought it back in May and I'm starting to think I'll never get my money back. It's pretty mortifying to buy your daughter a class ring that does that.
The selection isn't as big as some other brands that get more promotion, but they had exactly what I needed. The price was about a third of what you'd pay from the two brands sold at schools. With a Groupon and a couple of add-ons, it ended up around $100 for a nice ring at a good price point. I'm planning to buy my daughter's ring from them as well. Sure, it took three months to arrive, but since kids are in high school for four years, it's no big deal.
This is horrible and feels like a total scam! Avoid this place at all costs! I wish I'd researched before ordering. The big discount made me jump at the chance, but I would've been better off ordering straight from China. I placed an order and couldn't track it even though my confirmation had detailed tracking info. My order never showed in my account and I've contacted customer service more than five times. One rep said it would ship tomorrow, then the next day another one said it shipped a week ago. I ordered a simple necklace over three weeks ago and still haven't gotten any updates or shipment notification. I shop online all the time and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The price isn't worth it.
Hate to say anything bad, but I'd tell people to skip this company. I ordered something, got charged twice, and the item never even showed up. They couldn't even find it in their system. It took weeks of back and forth calls and emails to sort it out, and in the end my credit card company just had to cancel the charge. They have some cute designs and ideas, but it wasn't worth all the headaches.
