Sorted by: Most recentScheduled a limo pickup from Newark on April 23rd but the vehicle never showed. After waiting for over an hour I called them and ended up catching a taxi instead. While I was already in the cab, the driver finally called to say he was there waiting. This happened after being on hold for an hour and a half. He claimed he'd tried reaching me but my phone was on the whole time with no missed calls showing. Don't book with these people.
These people asked us to do work for them and we still haven't gotten paid. Every time we try to sort it out we get nothing but silence. This job was back in 2018 and they don't allow older reviews so I'm just putting it out there - they owe me money.
Terrible to work with and they owe us money. Find a local company in your area instead. We did multiple jobs for these people and would never work with them again. They still haven't paid us what they owe. We're talking about $2000 that's been outstanding.
I'd give them zero if I could, but one is the lowest option. I booked a limo for my son's prom well ahead of time and actually paid extra for the trip protection plan, which cost $100 more. Then three days before the event, my son gets a call saying the driver couldn't make it and they'd tried getting help from other services but had no luck. At least with the protection plan, they said they'd return the full payment. While I scrambled to find another limo, which turned out to be nearly impossible, I called around to local services. They told me this outfit is a big national operation that books way more rides than they can actually fulfill and relies on smaller local companies to cover for them. Turns out they'd called those same local places just days before, and every single one said they wouldn't work with them even if they had vehicles available. This taught me to stick with smaller local businesses like I usually do. As for the protection plan, it was basically a formality since they'd be refunding me regardless. Fair warning to anyone considering them.
Stay clear of this outfit. Hands down the worst experience I've had with any company. Their service quality is poor and they'll take your cash then not send the car you actually paid for. When you try to complain about it their customer service team ignores you. Walk away unless getting ripped off is your goal.
The absolute worst company and I'll never go back. What's weird is I posted a bad review on their site but it magically disappeared - looks like they only keep the positive ones up. Dishonest business practice. I'd paid for meet and greet service that never happened, then got charged extra for overtime even though I paid for two hours and the actual ride took under two hours. I asked for a refund but still haven't gotten it. The driver himself was fine, but the company managing everything is terrible. I sent them emails asking about it and got total silence. Find someone else who can actually deliver on what they promise and answer their customers.

Been trying to reach someone all week but just getting voicemail. Left multiple messages with no callbacks. I'm pretty sure I won't see that payment and there's no way I'm driving for them again.
The actual drivers were really nice and personable, and the rates look reasonable on the surface. But then come all the surprise charges after your ride finishes - we got hit with over $40 in tolls alone! On top of that they billed us $25 for being 15 minutes past the 2 hour window, even though the whole trip only took less than an hour. Not going back to them.
