My first pair was excellent, but this new pair at a premium price is defective due to poor manufacturing, specifically a bad seam inside that creates painful blisters within thirty minutes of wearing them. The customer support has been unacceptable. They suggested my feet were the problem even though I've worn this exact style successfully for years. They refused to let me send the shoes back at my own cost for inspection. Then they had the nerve to ask for a video of the internal seam after I explained you can't photograph inside a dark boot properly.
Ordered a jacket online that turned out to be defective. The seams started unraveling and two buttons fell off after wearing it just a few times. I reached out with photos to explain the problem and ask for help. Their response blamed how I was using it over time, which makes no sense to me. It's clearly just an excuse to avoid fixing anything. These aren't cheap products but the quality and customer service are worse than budget brands.

Even one star rating doesn't feel right for what this company does. They move thousands of euros worth of merchandise through their website while ripping off honest customers. The site is absolutely terrible. I need my refund immediately. It doesn't matter what people say in reviews, they don't care. Total scammers.

My wife loves this brand and got me to check out their website for some nice Italian pieces. Found some stuff that actually appeals to me, particularly navy chinos that went great with a light blue shirt I own. The selection is solid across clothing, outerwear, undergarments, pants, sweaters and more. This brand will probably stay on my favorites list.
Two months in and still waiting for my refund. I tried returning something but even after scheduling two separate pickups, I had to drop it off at a pickup location myself. Since then they keep coming up with different reasons why they can't process the refund. You'd be better off shopping elsewhere.

Skip Liu Jo's website entirely. I ordered on December 27, 2020 and needed to exchange it. Their customer service was completely unhelpful. I shipped the item back via standard mail with the correct customs paperwork, but they insisted I should have used their UPS service (which actually refused because Liu Jo didn't provide their VAT code for customs). My package got stuck in Italian customs but Liu Jo won't contact Italian postal services to release it even though I gave them all the tracking information. They won't refund me after two months of waiting. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to handle this. I'm warning UK customers especially to avoid buying from Liu Jo's website post-Brexit since everything goes through Milan and they clearly can't manage international returns properly.
