Really let down by how this company handles orders. I paid in full for my purchase on March 5th, but days went by and it still showed unshipped. When I reached out to their support team on March 12, they told me it was all fixed and the package would definitely go out the next day. That didn't happen. March 14th came around and nothing had shipped yet, status unchanged. Their support team basically gave me false information. I made a substantial order and instead of actually fixing it, I keep getting empty promises and vague answers about why my already-paid order hasn't even been processed. The whole thing feels misleading and I'm not comfortable with how they're treating paying customers. At this point I'm thinking about filing a dispute with my bank since I paid for something that never shipped and got dishonest responses. If you're considering ordering here, be cautious about trusting their service or their promises.

These bowls are completely worthless for what I needed. I spent days searching for a replacement after styrofoam got banned here, and this seemed like it might work for feeding some abandoned cats in my area. But there are so many problems. The bottoms are rounded so they won't sit flat when I put them in my regular bowls, and I can't even tape them down since nothing sticks to these things. Plus they're too narrow compared to the old styrofoam ones, which means the cats' whiskers get pushed in and they refuse to eat from them at all. All the money I'm spending to keep these animals fed is basically going to waste now since they won't touch these bowls. Totally disappointed and frustrated with this purchase.
