The sactional itself works okay for us, but the Stealth Sound System we added for an extra cost has been nothing but trouble. It keeps disconnecting at random times no matter how many tech support calls we make. The surround sound setup doesn't work like they promised, and it won't even do the surround features properly because audio is coming from the wrong speakers. We gave up trying to use it for movies and switched back to our old system. The sound system just looks good in the showroom but performs terribly at home. The couch is fine but definitely not great for storage underneath since it's awkward to access. We also had to make multiple trips to the store because they delivered the wrong cover sizes initially, and the staff was nice enough to give us a complimentary tray out of sympathy.
Customer support quit responding after I mentioned that the pillow sac was advertised as being six feet three inches long but actually shrinks down to five foot five once it's in the cover. They basically said to remove some of the foam and that my custom cover was fine. I spent nine hundred fifty dollars and feel ignored. Really disappointed with Lovesac.
This company used to have a great reputation. We placed an order for three footsacs back in December and as of January we still haven't gotten them or any shipping confirmation. They don't respond to messages. Something has clearly changed with this business and they're no longer trustworthy or dependable. Potential buyers should be cautious.
I've shopped with Lovesac several times now. I have their sky grey corded velvet sactional with four seats and five sides. What I love is that I could buy it piece by piece as my living space grew from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. I also grabbed their PillowSac Accent Chair in black and it's absolutely fantastic. Customer service has been quick and helpful the two times I needed them for referral discounts, and they honored both requests. I also appreciate their five percent discount for heroes like nurses and teachers. I'm seriously obsessed with Lovesac and can't wait to keep adding to my collection as I get more room.

I bought a couch at their outlet location in Ohio. When I specifically asked about assembly and said that if I had to put it together myself it would be a deal breaker, they straight up lied to me. They said it only involved a handful of pegs. The thing arrived in a dozen boxes with zero instructions. It took two of us four hours just to figure it out and assemble everything. I do like the couch itself, but I would never recommend buying from a company that's this dishonest.
We dropped twelve grand on this couch and it's been a disaster from the start. The Stealth sound system had major problems for months with back and forth troubleshooting before we could use it, and now it's crackling and cutting out again during shows. When they replaced the original material, the new faux leather looks cheap and nothing like what we had. They discontinued that style so if we want to add more seats we'd have to buy all new covers to match, which defeats the purpose. The cushion fill they sent is rock hard because they discontinued the softer feathered version, making the whole thing unusable. This couch is a waste of money and I can't recommend it to anyone.
When my dog got dirt on the couch, I followed their instructions and washed the cover in cold water and air dried it, but the stain never came out. The company won't replace or swap out the covers even though the sales team told me dirt would wash right out with just some treatment and water. They really pushed how pet friendly it was, which is the only reason I spent this much money on a sofa. The covers can't be cleaned of pet stains the way they claimed. My sectional is basically ruined and looks filthy. Getting new covers would cost around two grand. I'd suggest looking at a different brand because these people will mislead you and then refuse to fix the problem.
