Their prices are really competitive and they have an enormous range of products to choose from. Customer service has actually impressed me, which doesn't happen often. Quality varies on some items so check what you're buying carefully, but plenty of things are equal to or better than what you'd find in regular stores.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought something in 2021 that arrived broken, paid with PayPal, sent it back. Almost a year later they bill me for it! Called them up and got told PayPal never paid them initially, but they said they'd already processed a refund through PayPal. I contact PayPal and no refund ever came. Call the company back and spent over 2 hours on hold getting transferred around with zero answers. Asked for proof of the refund and nobody could help. Finally a supervisor promised to email me documentation. Still haven't seen it. Just thinking about calling them again makes me stressed out. Their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. Would not recommend this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT OPERATION! I bought some deck and stair lighting about an hour ago. Found something better rated and called right away to cancel, maybe 15 minutes after ordering. They told me at 8:30am the order hadn't processed yet and to ring back in 20 minutes and they'd take care of it. Called at 9am and got a different story. Now they said the order was already through and they couldn't stop it or remove the charge from my card. I talked to the rep and then her manager, and both gave me the same runaround. When I told them I'd do a chargeback and report it as fraud, the supervisor just asked if there was anything else. I told her yes - tell me where to leave a review! This sneaky tactic is unacceptable.

Ordered some gifts for the holidays and didn't realize they'd automatically sign you up for a perks program that costs $14.95 monthly. I found out after the purchase went through. Won't be ordering from them again. Very disappointed with their practices.

Made a single small order and they started hitting my credit card for $14.95 every month for a perks membership I never signed up for or wanted. Saw other people complaining about this same scam. Over time they've charged me way more in these fees than what my original items cost. I never agreed to any of this. Someone should investigate this practice and shut it down.

Ordered a storage tower online described as a 9 inch square by 5 foot tall unit with 6 cubes. My confirmation email showed exactly what I ordered with a product link. They took a month to send it out. When it arrived today, it's half the size with only 3 cubes and stands about 38 inches tall. Called them and the representative insisted this was what I ordered. I pulled up the link from my confirmation email and it definitely showed the larger model. He kept putting me on hold. When he came back, I confirmed again that I ordered the 6 cube version. I went to my order details and it still shows the taller 6 cube tower but with a different item number that doesn't even exist on their website anymore. When you search for slim storage towers, only the one I wanted comes up. After 30 minutes of back and forth, he agreed to send me a return label and ship the correct item.

Ended up with five different items from them and pretty much everything disappointed. A quilted pet car seat cover tore the first time our dogs put weight on it. The stitching just came apart. Also grabbed a phone stand that got a hole in the material pretty quickly. The felt is super thin. Got a leg ramp too and the seams are razor sharp, seriously could cut you in bed at night. They throw in a hand pump to inflate it but you'll want to call an ambulance trying to pump it up manually. The pump barely moves any air. Good thing I had an air compressor sitting around. Two stars only because shipping was fast and the boxes were packed well. It's obvious all this stuff comes from overseas manufacturing because the quality is terrible. Not exaggerating. Feel like I threw money away on every single item. The pictures look nice online but nothing like what actually shows up at your door.
