What Shoppers Say About Mandalascrubs
Mandalascrubs has deeply polarized shoppers. The small group of satisfied customers praise the scrubs themselves: they highlight vibrant colors, attractive designs, durable stain resistance, and good value for the price. These reviewers report successful transactions and smooth returns for size adjustments. However, the overwhelming majority of ratings are one star, with shoppers reporting serious fulfillment and customer service failures. Common complaints include orders that never arrive, unresponsive email-only customer support, wrong items shipped, and difficulty obtaining promised discounts. Several customers express frustration that the company does not answer direct questions or acknowledge problems, instead offering deflecting solutions like returns for items that are no longer available.
The most damaging pattern across negative reviews is the combination of shipping failures and poor communication. Multiple shoppers report spending over $100 on orders that never arrived and receiving no help from the company. The lack of phone support and slow or non-responsive email communication appears to compound customer frustration. While product quality seems adequate for those who receive their orders, the fulfillment and support experience is unreliable enough that many reviewers explicitly warn others to shop elsewhere.

Sorted by: Most recentI'm honestly puzzled by all the negative reviews out there. My scrubs are fantastic and I haven't had any shipping problems. I knew upfront that certain items were final sale and non-returnable, which was clearly stated. The other pieces I've returned for size adjustments went smoothly. The colors pop, the designs are great, and I get compliments constantly. I've been wearing and washing my 6 sets for about three months now, rotating them regularly, and they're holding up really well. I'll check back in half a year to see how they're still looking.
I've been a regular customer and bought many pairs, but I'm done after my last order. I got a top that was completely different from what I ordered. I emailed them asking about it and instead of answering my question, they told me to start a return since that style wasn't available anymore. I had to accept a size up instead. This whole situation frustrated me since it was their mistake. I asked if they'd offer store credit or a discount code to make up for it, and they flat out said no. I won't buy from them again and I'm warning everyone I can about their awful service.
Zero stars would be appropriate. Bought $200 worth of scrubs that never arrived and they won't respond to me about it.
My scrubs never arrived and their communication is absolutely terrible. They don't have a phone line and you can only email. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
I'm confused by all the 1-star reviews because I think these scrubs are fantastic for the price. They're exactly what's advertised. What I love most is how well they resist stains. My toddler got into my makeup and spread foundation all over every set I own, which are all black. After I pre-treated them with dish soap and ran them through the wash, my Mandala scrubs came out completely clean while nothing else did. My coworkers have nothing but good things to say about them too.
The website itself is easy to navigate, but their customer service is disappointing. I saw a popup offering 10% off my first purchase when I visited, so I signed up with my email and phone. Never got a text or email with the discount code. I sent them an email asking if they could apply it to my order, and instead of answering my actual question, they just confirmed I'd receive the code via email. After three follow-up emails, the rep finally said they'd have an answer in 24 hours. It's been almost a week with nothing. The scrubs themselves are good quality, but they arrived smelling like gasoline. I'm done with Mandala due to their poor support and that weird smell.
I ordered a large batch of scrubs and when they arrived, they sent me completely wrong colors and the tops didn't have buttons. I spent $275 on this order. This company is a disaster. Looking at Figs instead.
Negative stars would be fair. I ordered 2 pairs of scrubs. One top came in the wrong shade, and the other set was way too oversized. The fabric had zero stretch which I really didn't like. I couldn't find a way to contact customer service about returning or exchanging, so I had to use the Happy Returns system. I got confirmation and paid $12 out of pocket to ship them back. The site mentioned refunds take time, but after more than three weeks I haven't heard anything. Now I get an email saying my return expired. There's literally no way to reach their customer service or support team. This is hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The scrubs are cheap but poor quality. I have no way to figure out what happened to my stuff. I basically threw my money away.
These are the worst scrubs I've bought. They look nice on the rack, but after washing them eight or nine times, the dye keeps bleeding everywhere. I've destroyed three pairs of my own clothes because of the color running. You'll need to wash these separately permanently if you don't want to trash your wardrobe.
These scrubs are genuinely great, but the company has several issues I need to mention. First, as an international customer, there are no exchanges available, just returns. I bought pants that fit well but were a bit short and wanted to exchange for a different length, but that's not allowed for out-of-country orders. After returning them, I tried reordering and got slapped with a $15 shipping charge I didn't have before. Since just the pants don't meet their $75 minimum, I'm stuck paying extra. I've shopped internationally a lot and never seen anything like this. It feels dishonest. Second, their discount code situation is broken. I didn't get my first-purchase 10% off until after I'd already bought something. Third, when bad reviews come in, they get pushed to the back making them nearly impossible to find for other shoppers.
