I genuinely love these scrubs, but the company has some real problems. First, as someone ordering from outside the US, they won't do exchanges, only returns and refunds. I bought pants that fit perfectly except they were slightly short, but I can't exchange them because I'm an international customer. I returned them and tried to reorder in a different length, only to discover now I'm stuck paying an extra $15 for shipping that I didn't have before. The $75 minimum makes ordering just the pants impossible. I've shopped internationally with tons of companies and never experienced this kind of thing. It feels sketchy. Second, they don't give out discount codes properly. I didn't get my first-time buyer 10% off code until after I'd already placed my order. Third, negative reviews get buried at the back making them hard to find.

Their return page clearly states you can return for a full refund, but when I tried to process it, the system only offered an exchange option. The scrubs fit terribly and there's no point exchanging them. The website specifically said full refunds were available. I also tried using their contact form multiple times on different browsers and the send button just doesn't work. The package had no packing slip or contact info, but it did have an address in Texas with a phone number. When I called it, I got GAP customer service who said they don't sell Mandala products. They're giving customers fake contact information. This is a scam. Don't use this company unless you want to deal with zero support.

I ordered two pairs of scrub pants for my first time with them. The advertised free returns made me think it was worth trying. The fit is awkward, they're oversized, and the pockets puff out. When I tried to get a return label started, nothing happened. I've reached out multiple times and keep getting the runaround. They basically told me I can wait forever or pay to ship them back myself, which from where I live is really expensive. I never would have spent $100 on two pairs if I didn't think I could return them if they didn't work out. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Right now it looks like I've lost $100.

I'd give negative stars if it were possible. Mandala is a total scam with terrible customer service. Do not buy from them. I placed an order using Apple Pay with an outdated address from a different state. Within 5 minutes I realized the mistake and emailed them immediately. They responded 24 hours later saying they couldn't change the address even though my package hadn't shipped yet. It got sent to the wrong state and I got the runaround. Since it was delivered by USPS instead of UPS, they claimed they couldn't help. Better customer service would have prevented this whole nightmare. Shop somewhere else. Mandala doesn't care about their customers.

My shipping address had a problem with the order. It took customer service days to get back to me and by then it had already gone out to the wrong place. I paid to redirect the package and discovered they'd sent the wrong items anyway. A friend recommended Mandala for my first time trying them, but I'm sticking with my usual brands at other retailers. The whole experience was slow and frustrating.

Their customer service is really bad. I bought 5 items during a sale and got two items I didn't order while missing everything I actually wanted. I sent pictures to support and they gave me a hard time, saying it was impossible that only two wrong items shipped. After lots of back and forth they finally sent a return label, but they put my address wrong on it. I reached out to confirm the correct info so my stuff could get back to me safely if something happened during shipping. They refused to fix it. I'm about done with this company and probably won't order again. I'm still sending the wrong stuff back and asking for my money, but if they give me trouble I'm disputing it with my bank.

The company won't stand behind their product quality or handle fit issues properly. I have several pairs and my first set tore at the inner thigh just four months in. When I asked if they had any kind of warranty, I basically got told tough luck. Also, they run small and sizing is inconsistent between different colors in the same style. I'd spend extra and go with Figs instead.

Read the reviews carefully before ordering from this place. The company has a terrible reputation and many of the positive reviews look fake. You basically can't return items or swap anything. They rip people off and refuse exchanges. Total scam that needs to be reported. The sizing is all over the place too - some small sizes are huge while others are tiny. It's like they have defective batches. Make sure you guess your size right because they won't work with you on exchanges. They advertise free shipping but don't honor it, especially for returns where you pay your own way. Not worth spending money on cheap stuff like this.

My order arrived incomplete. When I contacted their support team about the missing items, they denied it happened and wouldn't offer a replacement or refund. This feels like straight up theft.
