What Shoppers Say About mannahydration.com
Manna Hydration has received overwhelmingly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting serious issues across multiple areas of the business. The most common complaints involve non-delivery of orders, unresponsive customer service, and lack of follow-up on promises to resolve issues. Several customers reported needing to pursue chargebacks through their credit card companies to recover money after orders were charged but never shipped or delivered. Additional concerns include discontinued product support (missing lids for certain bottle models) and quality control issues, such as a defective growler handle that caused injury.
The few positive reviews represent a small minority, with only 14 percent of shoppers rating the company favorably. The pattern of complaints suggests systemic problems with order fulfillment and customer service responsiveness rather than isolated incidents. Shoppers consistently noted that emails requesting help, refunds, or return authorization went unanswered for extended periods, leaving customers frustrated and forcing them to take action through their financial institutions.

Sorted by: Most recentSkip the 40 oz Saratoga bottle if you're thinking about it. This used to be called the Ranger Pro back when the company went by a different name, and I've been loyal since those early days. The problem is they stopped making lids for it completely and have no idea when or if they'll bring them back. It doesn't make sense that they can't support their own product line. Seems like they're more interested in pushing new stuff like color-changing plastic cups than actually taking care of their existing customers. I'm worried they're going to abandon all their products eventually like they did with the Saratoga, which used to be their top seller. It's clear they're chasing quick profits instead of focusing on keeping quality up.
Purchased cups for my wedding favors during Black Friday. They told me there was a shipping problem that week and said they'd cover the cost and resend everything. Then nothing. Radio silence. I had a deadline and couldn't wait around, so I ended up ordering from someone else instead. At least the discount made it less painful to switch vendors.
They charge your card and then don't send what you ordered. Good luck getting them to answer your emails either. I had to do a chargeback through my credit card company to recover my money. Total scam. Avoid this place.
Been trying to contact their customer service about returning my order for almost two weeks with no response. Their return policy says I need to return it within a certain timeframe from when I bought it, and I emailed them about it a few days after receiving my package. Still haven't heard anything back.
Got a 64oz stainless growler from a store and it had a serious defect. While cleaning it the first time, I got a bad cut on my finger from one of the handles. Sent them three separate emails about the issue and never heard back. Definitely not buying from them again.
Don't order from their website. Bought a titan bottle and it was never shipped. When I tried reaching out to ask what happened, they said they sent another one, but nothing ever showed up at the carrier. My emails after that got ignored completely. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. This is seriously one of the worst experiences I've had with any company.
