They pulled a fast one claiming store credit only because of some promotion they had running that wasn't clear or explained, and they applied it to a dress that shouldn't have been part of that deal. Now I'm stuck with expensive store credit for a website that sells ugly clothing and has the worst customer service. Just avoid this place.
Should have checked reviews and the better business bureau first! I placed an order for 2 dresses and a month has gone by without receiving either one. The shipping status just keeps saying 'shipping' with no actual progress.
My whole experience has been terrible.
