That was four days ago. I've sent another email because the portal is still not working. Still no response. I've now filed a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from this company unless you want to lose hundreds of dollars and be stuck with poor quality items with no way to send them back.

I ordered a dress but my daughter pointed out afterward that this is a known scam site with tons of complaints online. I tried to cancel the order but the website won't let you cancel. The phone number is fake. After realizing what was happening, I called my credit card company and cancelled the card. I'm filing a dispute now.

Deserves zero stars. Sent my dress back on time. Tracking showed they got it in mid-June. It's now the middle of July and nobody's responding to my refund emails. I've tried reaching out to sales, PR, and general inquiries. Even messaged them on social media. Their customer service phone is disconnected. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely terrible experience. Don't purchase anything from this company. The phone number doesn't work at all. Emails go unanswered. Getting a refund is basically impossible. I got a damaged dress and they refused to respond or help in any way.

Never order from them. I bought a dress 10 days ago with no shipping label emailed to me. I called the number online but it was disconnected. I sent multiple emails explaining I had an international wedding and needed it by Friday. They told me they'd send it out but never did overnight shipping to make up for the delay. Now it's taken 2 weeks. I need to return it before I even get it because I'll be traveling. This company has absolutely terrible customer service and shipping times.

Wish I had read the other reviews first before ordering here. I'm having the same problem trying to get responses to my emails and they have no phone number listed. The website wouldn't let me print a return label and when I tried again I got a message saying it was already returned, but I still have the dress and no refund. I don't want to keep it and I need my money back. Don't order from this company. It's too risky.
