I placed an order in early December and was told it shipped shortly after. When it didn't show, I contacted them and on the 12th they said it was in transit. Now it's Christmas and my package still hasn't gotten here. Will never order from this company again and I'm disputing the charge with my credit card.

I've ordered from them before and was usually happy. This time I got 6 items customized for my daughter's Christmas and half the monograms were messed up. When I reached out to customer service for the first time, they said they'd offer 50% off to redo the ones they ruined. I already paid good money to get it right the first time, so now I'm stuck with three items that have wrong monogramming. I'm done with this company.

Not for me. What I got looks nothing like the pictures online. The slippers are oversized, flimsy, and cheap. The pajamas aren't soft and look bad. And there's no returning stuff. My mistake for not catching it before I bought. Won't be back and I'd tell anyone else to avoid this place.

I ordered personalized shoes that came in the wrong size and had some random symbol monogrammed instead of lettering. When I contacted them about it, they said I'd have to ship them back at my own cost to get a replacement. Their return policy is terrible and customer service is even worse. Be careful with this company.

I was really nervous about ordering but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. My order of 4 personalized weekender bags arrived and most looked fantastic. One of the bags had stitched monogramming that was too thin and uneven compared to the others, which were all canvas with properly stitched lettering rather than printed. By that point the bag wasn't discounted anymore, so I just wanted a replacement with better monogramming. I used their Sunday chat feature to ask about an exchange and the representative said she'd get back to me. Sure enough, a few days later I got an email saying sorry and they didn't need the bag back. The next day came another apology email saying they were shipping a new one at no charge with tracking info included. Their customer service is seriously impressive. They fixed the problem right away and the whole experience was so easy. Definitely ordering again.
