When my headphones first failed they sent a replacement after a couple weeks. When they failed again and I asked for my money back, the company quit talking to me and pushed another replacement in a different color instead. The battery on these wireless earbuds dies after an hour tops. Complete ripoff. Definitely avoid this brand.
