Terrible service all around. My order arrived incomplete. They wouldn't pick up their phone or respond to emails for weeks straight. Finally they got back to me, and I told them I wanted to cancel everything. They refused to take responsibility and said I'd have to pay for shipping my return back. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

This has to be the worst customer service I've dealt with. I placed an order a month ago through their European shop. Nobody answered any of my emails. Then out of nowhere they told me the order got canceled due to a technical glitch with zero apology or explanation. Waiting a full month just to get that news is unacceptable. This company is completely unprofessional.
