We were really looking forward to this bunk bed for our young child but after six weeks of waiting it finally arrived with four pieces that were severely damaged. Contacting customer service is extremely difficult and you basically can't get a real person on the phone since they don't return voicemails. I eventually got through on their online chat and explained everything in detail with photos and product numbers. They said they'd ship replacement parts but only after pushing back on my request and insisting I take the broken bed with a discount even though it wasn't safe to use with cracks everywhere. Three more weeks went by and they said the replacements would be expedited but what showed up was the wrong parts. Don't waste your money on this brand. The products are low quality and their customer service is nonexistent.
Don't buy from this company. Placed an order in late October and have been getting the runaround about where it is. They can't even provide a tracking number. They're saying our eight thousand dollar order with three beds and mattresses hasn't come because one mattress is backordered. So why not send what you have instead of holding everything hostage for over three months? Or just refund that one item so we can get it elsewhere. This is unacceptable. Waiting on them to process a refund now and they're totally ghosting us.
