Someone on the phone told me it would take about two weeks to get replacement parts and that I'd get an email confirming my order. Well, almost three weeks went by with nothing. I should have anticipated this before my stethoscope became unusable. Luckily, someone gave me a cheaper stethoscope as a gift, and even though it's only about $12, it actually performs better than my broken $130 one. UPDATE: On July 11, 2025, I finally got an email from MDF apologizing for losing my order and saying all the replacement parts would be shipped out. I do appreciate them acknowledging the issue and following through. That said, I think they really need to overhaul how they manage and track parts requests on their website. I'm raising my rating a bit because of how the company handled making things right.
I needed replacement ear tips for my MDF Stethoscope after losing one at work. I sent an email to their customer service during my break since I didn't have all the details needed for the free parts for life form. Two weeks passed without any reply, so I figured I should just fill out the form anyway, even though their website says you should be able to just email. After another week, nothing - no confirmation that my parts were coming or that my order was received. I sent another email asking what was going on with their warranty policy and why nothing was happening. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard a single word back. This is absolutely ridiculous.
I placed an order back in December 2023 for a MDF Calibra Aneroid Premium Professional Sphygmomanometer in Navy Blue. The tracking information shows it was delivered, but I never actually received the item. It appears the package got lost somewhere in shipping. I've been trying to reach out to the company since then through both email and phone calls, but haven't gotten any replies. This is really frustrating. I need either the product sent to me or my money back. The lack of response from their customer service team is completely unacceptable.
