Don't waste your time with this company. I placed an order for a piece of jewelry back in early January and it's been five weeks with no delivery. Every time I reach out, they give me the same response about it being on the way soon. That's not acceptable. I'm not ordering from them ever again. The products are stunning and really well made. Delivery takes about seven days which is reasonable. The price point is higher but honestly you're paying for excellent craftsmanship and it's worth it. When you call their support team, they're fantastic. They actually stand behind their lifetime warranty promise.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've had. I spent three hundred dollars on a necklace plus a mystery box. It shipped through a third party carrier that claimed they couldn't deliver it and said they'd try again. Two weeks of calling both companies back and forth and I finally get told it was sent back to the company with zero explanation. Fine, but then they insist on reshipping it with that same carrier. I asked for my money back and they refused. Fast forward and the package still shows out for delivery and has for weeks. They want me to wait seven business days, basically three weeks with holidays, before they'll do anything. Once I mentioned the BBB they finally issued a refund. This is a scam. Ladies, please save your money. Even people who actually got their orders say the quality isn't great.
