Not the right gift for what I was hoping for. The sleeves on these headbands are really difficult to put on.
Bought two dolls in early November as Christmas gifts for my grandkids. Got them on November 15 and they weren't what I wanted, so I sent them back that same day. Fast forward to December 21st and still no refund! I've called several times and keep hearing I need to wait 30 days. Well it's been way more than 30 days and still nothing as of this morning. They take your money out fast but good luck getting it back. This is unacceptable.
Worst toy maker out there. Their customer service is terrible and the quality is worse. The paint on their wooden toys chips and rubs off super easily. I was shocked when I cleaned them for the first time with just a paper towel and water and paint came right off. Called to complain and they asked for photos, which I sent, but never heard anything back. To return things you have to mail everything yourself and include a return number on a paper slip. I'm stuck with toys I can't donate because I don't want paint ending up on someone else's hands.
Ordered a toy and it never showed up. Sent multiple emails asking for a shipping status but got nothing. They basically took my money and disappeared. The product never arrived and after 2 months I still haven't received a refund or the toy. Completely unacceptable.
