Had a great online experience purchasing a Santa Cruz Hightower. I made sure to check that the specific model was actually in stock before ordering. Shipping took about a week, and delivery to the East Coast came around a week after that. Packaging was done right, with the whole bike essentially assembled and then disassembled just enough for shipping, then secured to a cardboard frame inside the box. Putting it together took about an hour and a half of careful work, then just wheels and handlebars to attach. Everything arrived in perfect working order. I had a couple of questions and they answered both within a day. Would definitely order from them again.

However, when I went to sell the bike months later and checked the bike's app, it displayed over three-thousand-four hundred miles. This was shocking. Since I bought two bikes at the same time, I had another one from a different brand to compare, and that one showed accurate mileage. I brought it back to the store and asked staff what happened. They suggested maybe it was used for test rides during maintenance, but that doesn't add up with the mileage and recharge count for something brand new. They never really explained or resolved the situation. I'm really let down and want to tell others to definitely verify mileage before you take your e-bike home.

I dropped my bike off for a new headset installation. When I picked it up, my expensive rear lights were gone. These were distinctive lights that people always complimented. The technicians definitely should have noticed since they moved the seat position. I asked about the missing lights and got zero concern from staff. I'm certain they were on the bike when I brought it in because I never leave a valuable mountain bike unattended anywhere. The service itself was seventy-five euros, so you'd think they'd take proper care of your belongings.
The crew at this location really knows what they're doing! Super grateful for the quick service on my bike. Unfortunate that it got stolen the very next day, but I'd definitely come back to them for maintenance work, cheers.

Awful service all around. I spent a significant amount on two high-end Orbea bikes, the first around six grand and the second over seventy-three hundred. Both times, shipping took forever. With the second bike, I didn't even get the owner's manual, documentation, or the accessories that should have come with it. When it showed up, the mileage counter indicated it had already been ridden, the grips looked damaged as if it had been dropped, and the charger was a filthy, twisted mess that looked salvaged from an old beach cruiser, complete with a little bell still attached. I emailed them about the used bike, but they ignored my first message and only responded after I sent a second one. Their reply was basically that they never promised the bike would be brand new, just not previously owned, which doesn't really make sense.
