What Shoppers Say About Miraclesuit
Miraclesuit has a severe customer service problem that dominates negative feedback. The overwhelming majority of complaints center on refund delays of two months or longer, unresponsive customer support, and a return process that leaves international customers particularly vulnerable to high shipping costs with no guarantee of reimbursement. Multiple shoppers report being ignored after initiating contact about missing refunds, and one customer's negative review was not published on the company's website. Product quality concerns have also emerged, with one shopper reporting a swimsuit deteriorating after minimal wear with no company response to damage claims.
The rare positive feedback praises Miraclesuit's responsiveness to pre-purchase questions, with one shopper highlighting fast email replies about sizing. However, this isolated praise is vastly outweighed by the pattern of post-purchase abandonment. Shoppers consistently warn others away from ordering, particularly those outside the United States who face expensive returns with no assurance of refunds. The company's apparent unwillingness to address complaints or acknowledge returns suggests systemic issues beyond isolated customer service failures.

Sorted by: Most recentI sent back two items on August 8th and only got a refund for one of them. Since August 29th I've been trying to track down the missing refund. I ordered 3 items total and returned 2. All I keep getting are holding pattern emails, and now they're saying they refunded the one I kept but can't find the two I actually returned. I'm waiting on money that feels like it might not come. This isn't a company I can recommend or trust with another order.
Poor quality product that fell apart within a few months. I bought it in May and only wore it around 10 times total. A couple months later I noticed the front strap started thinning out and wasn't properly secured. I reached out to the company in early August but they're not replying. This company doesn't stand behind what they sell.
The return process is awful. The suit wasn't right for me so I shipped it back. I spent £24.35 to post it from the UK five weeks back and haven't received my refund yet. They're also not responding to my emails anymore. I left a review on their website about my experience and they didn't publish it.
Still waiting on my refund two months after I mailed the package back, which cost £30 to ship. Don't bother ordering here.
Great experience with customer service here. I sent an email asking about US versus UK sizing and got a response back in under 10 minutes. These people are fast and know what they're doing. Miraclesuit gets a solid 5 stars from me just for how they handle customer questions.
Stay away from this place. They're happy to ship internationally but then charge outrageous amounts if you need to send something back. The swimwear I ordered wasn't what they showed online. This company operates with false advertising and misleading practices. Don't throw your money away on them when you could shop somewhere honest instead.
Think twice before ordering here because the return situation is a nightmare. I sent back a swimsuit for a refund last September and they claim they still haven't gotten it. What a load of nonsense. Their prices are absolutely crazy expensive for what you're getting, and the suits are super hard to squeeze into especially when you're already hot and wet from swimming. Save yourself the trouble and buy locally so you can actually return things that don't work for you without this headache.
Misleading advertising here. They promote clearance swimsuits with $50 off for new customers and $60 off if you sign up for texts. Turns out those discount codes don't work with the products they're promoted on. Once they have your info they email about a $200 minimum that wasn't in the original ad. Bait and switch tactics.
I used to be a fan but not anymore. Just bought a tankini with underwire that started poking through the fabric after just 3 wears, making it unbearable to use. Looking at reviews it seems like their quality has really gone downhill since 2022. I wonder if they're having money problems and cutting corners. My advice would be to make fewer suits but make them right. Or maybe the leadership could skip some of their bonuses and put that money toward actual quality products. Or they could try wearing one of their own underwire suits for a day and experience how awful it is.
The material deteriorates. This is a waste of money. I wish I'd checked reviews beforehand. The fabric just disintegrates in pool water. They look decent at first but you literally cannot swim in them. They won't give refunds and just recommended getting a different type of swimsuit instead. Save your money and don't buy if you plan on actually being in water.
