This feedback is really about their customer service rather than the products themselves. I only tried one product, the Safe Block RX Zinc Tone Up Sun sunscreen for face, and it worked well for what it's supposed to do. Unfortunately the customer service is honestly some of the worst I've encountered. I emailed them on March 9, 2022 asking about the expiration date and never got a response. I gave up but then emailed again on January 7, 2023. This time I tried several different email addresses but only one replied and it wasn't even from their US team. It was from their Middle East location which got back to me in under 10 minutes. The other addresses either belong to their Korean site or their US site but on different pages. I couldn't believe how fragmented their support is.

When it comes to the actual Missha products, I'd rate them a solid 5 out of 5 no question. Quality is excellent and the value is fantastic. I've tried different lines of their skincare and couldn't ask for better results. However the service side is another story. It's generally okay except their sales staff really pushes you toward pricier items. I assume it's tied to some commission structure but it's off-putting. As someone who shops thoughtfully, the pressure to buy more expensive stuff makes me want to go elsewhere.

I really do love Missha's actual products and have been ordering from them for years now. The issue is with their shipping and support team which seriously needs work. When my recent order arrived missing an item, I contacted them and they kept asking for photos of the box, everything inside, and the packing slip. I didn't keep any of that stuff. Since then I've asked multiple times for them to either send the missing product or give me my money back, but I haven't heard anything. There are plenty of other Korean beauty brands out there that would treat me better.

Hands down the worst shopping experience I've had with any company. My order never showed up. I had to email them repeatedly to get them to send it again. The replacement didn't arrive either. This whole ordeal dragged on for over five months through email back and forth. After two months with no second shipment, they told me they don't handle claims after 30 days have passed, which isn't right. Only after I sent a really firm email did I finally get a full refund. I absolutely will not order from them ever again.

Writing this in September 2020. Given all the craziness happening with COVID and the fires, I didn't think they'd be very responsive. The postal service lost my package because my landlord got a delivery that same day but didn't actually receive mine. I was nervous reaching out to customer service since the tracking showed delivered but the site didn't actually have it, but MisshaUS.com replaced everything super fast. I'm really happy with how they handled it.

I'm really satisfied with the customer service from Missha US and honestly their global support is great too. Whenever I reach out with questions or issues, they take care of it promptly and make me feel valued. That said, I do have a complaint about their shipping speed which is painfully slow. Here's an example from my last order: Thursday 2/14 I placed it, the site said it would be handled Friday. Tuesday 2/19 it actually got processed. Friday 2/22 it arrived at the USPS facility in Jersey City. Expected delivery was 2/27. And this is their complimentary VIP shipping.

I'm absolutely obsessed with Missha! The deals are amazing, the products are fantastic, customer service is helpful, and shipping is reliable. Missha offers high-quality Korean beauty at its best and I tell everyone I know about them. I'm especially in love with their Time Revolution collection, Super Aqua Snail line, anti-aging options, and serums. My skin has never looked better! And I'll be turning 70 soon, so take my word for it when I say this stuff works.

I'm giving one star because of the incredibly slow delivery and some questionable credit card issues. Honestly, I was convinced the site was a scam when my order finally arrived roughly five weeks after I bought it. Then about six months later, someone used my credit card to buy $700 worth of Missha products without permission. My bank quickly fixed the problem but it left me really distrustful of the company. Either there's someone on the inside or their payment system has serious security problems.

Their First Treatment Essence is seriously one of my favorites! The way it makes my skin feel so full and hydrated without any sticky feeling is amazing. I also purchased their essence mist which is so handy when I'm out and about. You just spray it on your face and leave it. Definitely planning to try more products from them.
