The shoes look cute but you're paying way too much for the actual quality. The sizing runs large so you need to go down a size, but they don't make that clear. Plus their return policy is really harsh. You end up paying for shipping and getting hit with a 20% restocking charge if you want to exchange anything. The shoes should have sizing notes printed right on them. On top of that, you pay $3 for what they call free returns and exchanges, but then you're still paying restocking and shipping fees anyway. Just be aware of all these extra costs before you buy.
Really not worth your time or money, seriously reconsider before you place an order. I got two pairs of shoes and both ran way smaller than the size listed. I even bought the return protection but still had to shell out over $21 to return them for a bigger size. One pair was on sale so they refused to take it back for exchange or store credit, but told me they'd be glad to throw it away for free if I didn't want to pay shipping on the shoes that don't fit. Really let down by how Miss Lola handled my customer service issue. They just don't seem invested in taking care of customers. They gave me a return label that only gave me 7 DAYS to send the item back for a full refund. Ended up not returning it because now they're refusing to refund me and saying they'll only give store credit instead, which I have zero interest in using. I got transferred to a supervisor who just made sarcastic comments instead of actually helping, like she was trying to prove I was wrong. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere. They have some really nice pieces, but their customer service is absolutely terrible.

My shoes got here super fast and they're exactly what I expected from the photos! I'm really happy with them.
Purchased shoes that needed an exchange because of the sizing. When the replacement arrived, they still didn't work because these shoes fit incredibly narrow. I ended up spending money twice to ship both pairs back, and then got a message saying exchanges are final sale. My only choices were to pay more to get them shipped back or just let them get thrown away. I'm out all the money for those shoes. They took my payment with no problem, but then treated me like this. Total scam.
Bought 3 dresses and some shoes. They feel cheap but I got what I needed out of them. My main complaint is one dress looked nothing like the photos - the fabric is super thin and almost transparent, plus there's this huge side cutout that wasn't visible in any of the pictures. I won't be ordering again, but it wasn't a total disaster either. Just know you're getting budget quality and the images can be pretty misleading.
This is not a real business - BE CAREFUL!!!!! I got 3 pairs of loafers and sent them back within days because they were way too tight. I even paid a $20 shipping fee on top of everything. It's been over a month now and they haven't sent me any updates about my returned items or my refund of almost $85. There's basically no real way to get in touch with them either - they tell you to email but then just ignore all your messages.
