I tried to return it but was told over the phone that returns aren't accepted because the item was marked clearance. I explained that I bought it before Thanksgiving during a Black Friday sale, so it wasn't clearance when I paid for it. The rep wouldn't listen and flat out refused to accept the return. I'm really frustrated with how this went and thought the MLS would have better standards. I won't be shopping there anymore and I can't recommend this place to anyone.
Total letdown. I ordered a sweatshirt with a guaranteed delivery date, but over two weeks passed with constant promises it would arrive. Then, just a day before the delivery window (and four days before Christmas), they emailed saying it was out of stock even though it should've shipped already. They wouldn't refund my card either, only offered store credit minus the shipping and taxes. Their chat support (there's no phone line) was completely unhelpful. No gift for Christmas, a partial refund at best, and I'd have to pay double the shipping and taxes to try again. MLS really needs to step up.
Can't cancel your orders here. I bought something and was told it was a pre order with delivery after Christmas. That exact item is now showing as in stock on their website with shipping available before Christmas. I reached out to get the order canceled or expedited and got told that a) canceling isn't allowed and b) they can't rush the shipment.
Looks like crooked logos are standard here. Paying $40 for a shirt that has a completely crooked printed logo is ridiculous.
Do not buy from them. Purchased a Christmas gift that was way oversized and cost $110 total. They wanted $10 to print a return label or I could take store credit instead. I took the credit, which turned out to be dumb. Still had to drive to UPS to return it myself and only got $82 back in credit. Ordered another gift on December 19th that was supposed to come by December 26th. It's now January 6th and still nothing. Avoid this place. Their service is terrible. They don't have real customer service, just an automated robot.
This website is horrible. I spent three months trying to get a soccer jersey delivered from LAFC. My first order got sent to Europe and got lost after three weeks. I placed a second order for delivery to my home in California. After another three weeks, the tracking still showed processing. I called and got no explanation for the delay. After three months of ordering, waiting, reordering, waiting, and getting no answers about where the item was or why it wasn't moving, I canceled. They did refund me at least, but after 3.5 months I had nothing. I found another store, bought the same jersey, and it arrived within days. Do not buy from this website. They're a complete joke.
This looks like a fraudulent operation. You basically can't return anything you buy here. Grabbed two different sizes for my kid so I could send back the wrong one. They never emailed an order confirmation with a number, though I did get confirmation through PayPal. Without that order number, you're stuck because there's no online return system, no email address to contact, and calling just gets you an automated voice that won't transfer you to a human unless you have your order number. It's unbelievable that major league teams allow their merchandise to be sold on this website.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered a tee and the sale price disappeared once I entered my credit card details. Canceled right away and was told the refund would take 2-7 days to process.
Once your order goes through, good luck getting help. If your problem doesn't fit their robotic chat responses, you're out of luck with zero options for fixing anything. This company is garbage.
