This is hands down one of the worst online retailers I've dealt with. Their shipping fees are outrageous and they tack charges onto every single order. I returned one children's shirt due to sizing and got slammed with over $20 in shipping costs. This place should be avoided entirely.

I wish there was a way to leave zero stars. Ordered a men's authentic Nashville SC away jersey on February 5th and still don't have it. That was 4 months ago. I contacted customer service three separate times over two months and they kept saying they had no clue about its location. "The warehouse will eventually let us know," they said repeatedly. On June 9th, a women's cut jersey showed up instead. I was furious. Customer service still can't help because they're waiting for warehouse updates. Their logistics are completely broken and customer service is useless. I've been waiting four months for something I never received.

My son wanted a jacket so I placed an order. I got an email saying it was backordered with an option to cancel, so I did. This was mid-to-late December and it's now mid-January. When I called about my money, I got routed to customer service overseas and got the runaround repeatedly. Just finished a call with a supervisor who promised to process the refund but wouldn't explain why it hadn't been handled after my first request. Now I have to wait another week for my refund. And I can't even get an email confirmation about the cancellation until their bank transfers the money to mine. This is insane. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Bought Sounders items for my daughter's family on September 29th for a game on October 6th. They got three shirts the following week, but I had to call about the fourth one because the company claimed they sent it when they hadn't. They said it would arrive November 4th. I ended up ordering kids' shirts from another retailer two days before the game since I couldn't wait. They arrived in time for the kids to wear to the game. I'll never order from this company again.

They don't stick to their delivery promises. I ordered on October 13th and paid extra for 2-day shipping. I've been told it'll arrive October 23rd, which is 8 business days, not 2 days. I wanted it for a game on October 19th. When I called to ask if they could help speed things up, they said the delivery timeline was acceptable and refused to do anything. That's not what I paid for.
