Placed my order on the eleventh and started worrying after three days with no tracking number. I messaged customer service through the site and they promised everything would get here before the holiday. On the eighteenth I finally got a tracking code, but the delivery showed it arriving after the holiday. This was really stressful since I needed these as gifts and they'd specifically guaranteed orders placed by the thirteenth would arrive on time. The lack of honesty from the beginning made me scramble unnecessarily. UPDATE: Surprisingly the stuff did show up on Christmas Eve and they made good on their word after all. I'm changing my rating since they actually communicated and delivered like they said. Thanks to them and the post office for coming through!

I think their return window is totally reasonable, and I've noticed big online companies usually only do thirty days anyway.
