I ordered anyway despite the reviews. I bought a Smart Folio for my iPad m5 13 inch. It arrived in 9 days to France and the item was perfect. The design is really creative. The magnet works great even with the Apple pencil holder attached. Definitely worth recommending.

I completely agree with what others have been saying. These guys charge way too much for products that are poorly made and offer terrible customer service. I would strongly recommend staying away and shopping elsewhere instead.

Been a month and still waiting for my case. Like others have mentioned, I placed my order a month ago and nothing. Appears to be stuck somewhere during shipping. I'm based in Scandinavia so longer delivery is expected, but the website promised 8 to 12 days. I've sent them emails multiple times but haven't heard back.

Overall pretty satisfied with the purchase. I ordered the Snap Case MOVAS for iPhone 14 Pro and the Snap-on iPhone Stand & Wallet straight from the US site. Delivery took about 6 days total since I'm in Europe and items ship from Asia. The case has a nice appearance and the magnetic wallet feels premium. One issue is the case doesn't fit perfectly on my iPhone, especially around the bottom edges, but it's minor. Regarding drop protection, there are cheaper brands that probably offer better safety. The magnetic wallet holds two cards snugly, and I doubt you could fit more without forcing them. Overall the shipping and service were good, and I paid about 60 euros for both items which seems reasonable. Name brand phone makers charge double for worse products. After seeing all the complaints online, I was prepared for problems but had zero issues. So yes, I'd recommend buying.

Total waste of money. I realized the item ships from China and came with a dropshipping label on the tracking. When it finally arrived, the magnets barely work. The product itself feels cheap and won't even stay upright. Save your money and don't bother with them. They seem to specifically target young creators on social media.

Products break and customer service disappears. I bought a two-pack of Mag-Safe Tripod stands in mid-February and after six months the hinge is completely broken and the stands can't be used anymore. I reported this to their support team and was told to send a video as proof. I sent one but they turned it down, claiming the angle in my video wasn't beyond what their design allows, even though they show those exact angles in their own advertisements. About two weeks later I sent another video clearly showing the stand falling apart at a steeper angle and that one was approved. They apologized and told me to confirm my info and select a replacement item. I wasn't comfortable with the same weak hinge design, so I asked if I could get a different type of stand instead. I've sent roughly three messages asking whether I could pay the difference for a different model or just buy one stand at a reduced rate, but they stopped answering. Two weeks have gone by and I still have a useless product sitting around. The second stand was meant to be a gift, which turned out to be a terrible choice.

I told customer service about it and they wanted proof. I sent a video but they rejected it saying the angle wasn't past their design specs, even though those same angles show up in their marketing materials. A couple weeks later I sent another video showing the stand collapsing at a higher angle and they accepted it with an apology. Then they asked me to confirm my address and pick a replacement. Since I don't trust the flimsy hinge design, I requested a different model. I've emailed customer service three times asking if I could pay extra for a different stand or just get a single one at a lower price, but they've stopped responding. It's been two weeks now and I'm stuck with a broken product gathering dust. I bought two because I wanted to give one as a gift. Worst gift idea ever.
