Customer service was nice enough to walk me through everything step by step and even sent me a new card number. Still no luck. I have $25 sitting on that card that I can't use. They mentioned they were having technical issues but didn't offer any real solutions. When I asked about getting my money back, they suddenly got defensive and just quoted their policy saying they don't do refunds. This whole thing feels sketchy. I can't suggest using them.
Got charged twice for an Avengers ticket. The first attempt gave an error and no confirmation came through, so I tried ordering again and it went through that time. Few days later I check my bank and there are two charges. I reached out to them politely and asked about it. Still nothing three weeks later, not a single response. Don't use this service if you value your money, pick literally any other ticket seller.
