What Shoppers Say About MPG Mondetta Performance Gear
MPG Mondetta Performance Gear has received consistently negative feedback from shoppers. The primary complaints center on unexpected costs, including undisclosed international duty fees added at checkout and high shipping charges that significantly increased the final purchase price. Customer service responsiveness has also been a major issue, with shoppers reporting difficulty reaching actual representatives through email, chat, or phone, receiving only automated responses when attempting to resolve problems such as wrong sizes or defective items.
Additional concerns include receiving damaged merchandise with quality issues like bleach spots and warped seams, compounded by restrictive return policies that deny refunds or exchanges on sale items. The combination of unclear pricing disclosures, unresponsive support, and inflexible return practices has left shoppers dissatisfied and unwilling to return to the retailer.

Sorted by: Most recentPlaced an order for some apparel and got hit with a hefty shipping charge upfront. Then right when the package was in the courier's hands, I found out there were additional duty fees waiting for me. The website didn't make this clear at all. Between everything, the total cost became way too much. Not coming back to shop here again.
Got a jacket in the mail but it was the wrong size. I've spent the last week trying to get ahold of someone at this company about returning it, and the jacket wasn't cheap at $250 before tax. I've reached out through email, their chat feature, and called but keep getting nowhere. All I get back are automated responses, no actual person helping me out.
Really let down by my last order from this place. I grabbed some items that were marked down, but when they arrived, they had bleach spots all over them and the seams were warped near the bottom of the zipper area, which completely ruined how the coat looks. Problem is, final sale items have no refund, exchange, or store credit available. It doesn't make sense that a company can ship out damaged products to customers and just leave them stuck with no options to fix the problem.
