Went to Parramatta last week to check out the men's cologne section. Some of the sales staff were grouped up chatting with security and basically ignored me waiting to be served. I was about to leave when another team member asked if she could help. She directed me to someone but they were still caught up in conversation. Right as I was walking out, she offered to help herself and absolutely took care of me. Her name is Annie and she was wonderful, even sold me something even better and did it with genuine friendliness. Myers needs more employees like Annie. Her kindness is exactly why I'll be back. Great work Annie, hope management sees this.
Had a lovely experience at the Chatswood location today, especially in the fragrance section with Diljot. We were shopping for a wedding gift for a friend and she was so helpful and friendly. She actually stayed after her shift finished just to complete our purchase. Really took time explaining the different perfumes and was so patient with us. We really appreciated the wonderful service she provided. Thanks so much.
Went to Chadstone to get shoes for my very active 2 year old twins at Shoes and Sox and had the most wonderful experience with Marleen. Usually when I shop for my kids' shoes it's stressful because they're so full of energy, but she made it relaxed and fun. She kept my kids entertained while finding perfect shoes in no time flat. Can't thank you enough.
Was at Southland Men's section and needed help finding shoes but wasn't sure what I wanted. Jillian jumped right in and went the extra mile to track down exactly what I was looking for. Stopped by the Pitt Street location to shop for bras and was really impressed with how helpful everyone was. Came in around 11am on a weekday to skip the crowds. One person helped me find some options to try on and another assistant helped me get fitted properly in the dressing room. Castle Hill location was fantastic. Maddy working in homewares actually took her time with me and genuinely seemed to want to locate what I was after. Even had a whole line of customers waiting, but she went ahead and called other stores to help me place an online order. Really impressive service.
Been to the kids section at Fountain Gate a couple times and Liza was there both occasions. Despite being absolutely swamped both times, she handled everything with such grace. Genuinely lovely person with a natural way about her. Having worked retail myself for over 20 years I really value when people step up like she does. Keep it up Liza.
