NAKEDCASHMERE Reviews
What Shoppers Say About NAKEDCASHMERE
NAKEDCASHMERE receives mostly negative feedback, with shoppers reporting serious issues across customer service, returns, and refunds. The most common complaints center on unresponsive support (email and phone), unexpectedly high restocking fees on returns, delayed or missing refunds, and exchange requests that go unfulfilled. Several reviewers describe experiences spanning months of frustration trying to resolve issues. A small percentage of reviewers report positive experiences, primarily those who received refunds without difficulty.
While some customers praise the cashmere products themselves, the overwhelming theme in reviews concerns operational failures rather than product quality. Shoppers express particular frustration with the company's handling of returns and the lack of accessible customer support channels, with multiple reviewers unable to get responses to follow-up messages or complaints after initial problems occur.

Sorted by: Most recentSomeone gave me a Naked Cashmere item as a gift and I wanted to exchange it for a different size. More than three months later they shipped back the exact same item instead of what I requested. When I complained, they said the exchange period was over and that's it. I sent follow-up messages but got nothing. The customer service is really unacceptable and I can't recommend this company to anyone.
Their customer support is really bad. You can't get email responses and calling doesn't work either. I returned a skirt for over $200 and never got my refund.
Bought my wife a set of cashmere socks for Christmas and she felt they were too small. I sent them back on December 26th and found out they charge a restocking fee of $9.95. That's pretty frustrating when the socks were $225. My wife and I spend thousands of dollars shopping online every year and I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a restocking fee. Naked Cashmere, you've lost us as customers permanently. We're taking our cashmere spending somewhere else and you're going to feel a lot worse about losing our business than you'll gain from that $9.95 fee.
Don't shop here - this company is operating like a total scam. They charged me and kept my money for months, then said the item was out of stock. The next day they claim it's back in stock so I reorder and the exact same thing happens. It took forever to finally get my money back. Steer clear of this place.
Bad business all around. Poor staff and the product quality isn't what it should be.
Really disappointed with how their customer service handled my situation. I applied a discount code on the last day of sale before checkout closed. The code went through and I got my order confirmation - I even took a screenshot at 11:59:35 pm showing it was processed. When the discount didn't show on my receipt, I reached out with my proof. The agent basically said the system had already closed and refused to help, claiming the cutoff was firm and there was nothing they could do. It seems like this should have been something a manager could handle manually, but they wouldn't even try. I've been loyal to brands in the past, but bad support like this is enough to make me shop somewhere else going forward.
I ordered the Kendall Sweater on May 29, 2025 as a final sale item. When it arrived there was a hole by the neckline. I called customer service and their rep gave me three options: a refund, exchange, or store credit. I asked for a refund but they went ahead and sent a replacement anyway without my permission. I tried multiple times to clarify what I wanted but they refused to listen and kept saying replacement was the only choice. I shipped it back and they sent me the same defective item. After another conversation, they offered to exchange it again and called it a final courtesy, but still wouldn't admit the item was defective or that the warehouse messed up. I returned it a second time with a letter asking them to handle it properly. When I followed up they said it was closed and that two replacements were already in the mail, which is completely false. No tracking info was ever provided. I sent them my email records, photos, and return tracking details but they just kept avoiding responsibility.
I placed an order for the Kendall Sweater on May 29, 2025, knowing it was final sale. When it arrived, there was a hole near the neckline. I contacted their team and was given three choices: refund, exchange, or store credit. I picked the refund option, but instead they processed a replacement without asking. I kept trying to discuss it with them but they refused to own up to anything and kept insisting a replacement was the only way forward. I sent it back per their instructions and got the same damaged sweater back in the mail. I reached out again and they offered another exchange as a quote final courtesy, still without admitting fault for the defect or the warehouse mistake. I returned it a second time with a note asking them to be more careful. Then they said the case was closed and claimed they'd already sent two replacements, which isn't true. They never gave me tracking numbers or proof. When I showed them my emails and photos and return receipts, they just kept dodging and refusing to help.
Out of three orders, this company botched two of them badly. The first time they completely forgot about my order, it shipped super late and I ended up having to cancel and reorder. The second order never shipped - they eventually emailed back saying they had a power outage and promised to send it the next day, but nothing happened. I got a cancellation notice and that was it. I can't even reorder because my discount code expired and there's been no apology, no compensation, nothing. Their customer service is really hard to reach and they don't seem to care about making things right.
