I think a lot of the negative reviews come from people who were frustrated during Christmas and expected shipping as fast as Amazon. Here's what happened when I ordered several items recently. You should know that this shop probably uses different sellers on the same platform, so your order might come in multiple shipments from different places around the world. I got three separate shipping confirmations with tracking numbers I could follow in the app. Everything showed up within a week and was well packaged. Even if it had taken longer, that would've made sense since some packages were coming from overseas. The products were mostly what I expected. I'm giving 4 stars because the prices feel a bit high for the quality, but that's pretty normal for licensed merchandise like this.

This was a nightmare experience. I ordered several items for Christmas on December 1st and they mailed me someone else's personalized mugs instead of mine. After sending many emails, we finally got our order on January 9th. I was really looking forward to enjoying these items with my daughter for the holidays since we love the shows. The mugs were supposed to be our Christmas gifts but we missed Christmas entirely. If your order gets messed up, be prepared for weeks of emails back and forth to get it fixed. And don't even think about getting a refund easily. They want to offer you a discount on future orders instead. I was planning to buy more merchandise in the future but after this I won't be. Now when people ask where I got something, I tell them to shop anywhere but here. The whole ordeal took about 7 weeks from when I ordered on December 1st until January 18th when things were finally mostly resolved. I'm exhausted from dealing with this.

The Lego sets are marked up at least 40% compared to what Lego charges directly. I have nothing positive to share about this experience.
The customer service here is basically nonexistent. The site said my item would arrive before Christmas and I ordered on December 16th. When it hadn't shipped by December 18th, I tried contacting them multiple ways - email, website chat, phone calls. By Christmas Eve, still no returned calls, no answered emails, no response from my messages, and the item never shipped. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card.

The prices here are absolutely ridiculous. I foolishly bought some merchandise for my daughter and expected at least decent quality for what I was paying. It arrived late with no notification. Don't buy from this place. After waiting 9 days to hear back from customer service, they offered either a refund or resending my order. I asked for the refund but they wouldn't include the shipping cost even though shipping was the actual problem. It's a waste of money. I got caught up in what looked like a good deal and trusted the Netflix name without checking reviews first. Now I'm regretting it.
