Why have a chat option if it's not available during business hours? When you use the ticket system, you just get generic template responses. My product review also wasn't posted on the site. I ended up contacting the parent company directly just to get any kind of answer.

Awful experience with this store. It's operated by a third party that provides terrible service. The merchandise quality is really poor and if something breaks they won't help you at all. They claim everything is final sale with only 30 days to return, but they take forever to even respond to your emails.
