Sorted by: Most recentThe shipping timeline they promise is totally misleading. I ordered items over a week ago and they're still stuck overseas without having even left yet. Their support team doesn't have a clue what's going on with shipments and can't give you real updates on where your stuff is. I definitely won't be telling anyone to shop here. At this point I'm thinking about canceling everything and asking for my money back. Their international shipping is basically nonexistent and I'm really let down.
Really unhappy with my experience here. I made my first purchase on May 16th and was told shipping would take 4 to 5 business days. After waiting about 10 days, I reached out through their chat and found out my payment didn't go through properly. The weird part is the money was already taken from my account with no heads up from them about the problem. They said I'd get my refund by June 3rd. This whole situation shows how bad their customer service actually is.
