This was hands down my worst online shopping experience. I ordered a blazer through a related brand and waited 20 business days with nothing to show for it. I reached out to customer support multiple times by email and phone and every time they said the warehouse would ship it right away. All lies. I asked to cancel and was told they'd issue a refund once it shipped. Another week went by with no refund in sight. When I called back a third time, suddenly they claimed it shipped that very day. But nobody bothered telling me the item wasn't available in the first place. Eventually I got it and I'm returning it for my money back. I'm never ordering from this brand online again. Absolutely pathetic.

Run the other way! I bought two things from them almost 2 months ago. After 10 business days I sent an email asking where my stuff was and they gave me a fake tracking number, claiming it got lost.
