I bought 2 of the same item and tried the first pair on in the store, and they fit perfectly. The salesperson told me I could grab a second pair for $29, so I did. Since they were the same size and I'd already tried the first pair on, I didn't bother trying on the second pair. When I got home and tried them on, they were noticeably smaller despite having the same size tag. I went back to the store and they refused to refund me, saying it was a change of mind. I said I could only get store credit since they didn't have my size in stock. I was furious because I didn't change my mind at all. So I called their customer service line. The first two people actually agreed it wasn't a change of mind, but now every email I get just has me going in circles. They keep asking for photos or telling me to return it to the store. It feels like they're not even reading my messages.
Do not buy from this company. I ordered a pair of women's shoes but they sent me a cardigan instead. When I complained, they told me that mix-ups happen in their packing department and they couldn't send the right item. They claimed they refunded me $63, but that refund never actually went through. These people are scammers who take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I wish I'd read the reviews first.
I bought a vacuum online in late July. It took 3 weeks to arrive, and just 2 days after getting it, the vacuum stopped working. I paid $98 for it. The next day I called their customer service and they sent me a warranty form link. I'm still waiting to hear about my refund. Every time I call, they send me the same warranty link or form. I've filled it out more than 5 times and called repeatedly, but I just keep getting emails saying they're waiting to hear back from the third party. I'm considering legal action. I told them back in November that I was traveling and needed this resolved, but they're still giving me the runaround.
My order never showed up. I emailed their support 5 times and got the same generic response about appreciating my patience every single time. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said the order wasn't even sent to my address. They apologized but said they can't refund me. This company is the biggest scam out there.

The manager at one particular location was especially unprofessional.
