This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I placed an order for 9 pairs of socks and paid for shipping, but when the package finally arrived after two weeks, I only got 6 pairs. I contacted their customer service asking about a return and refund since the delayed delivery was unacceptable and they were missing items. They refused to refund my shipping cost even though they were the ones who messed up and took forever to deliver. Most decent businesses would have given back the full amount as a goodwill gesture for their mistake, but not these guys. Really disappointed with how they handled this.

Skip this product. I bought the dark grey mortar cartridge and whoever selected that color at the company must not have been paying attention. It showed up white, not grey at all, and it stayed white after it dried. I wasted so much time trying to fix this. You'd be way better off getting a quality mortar gun and mixing your own instead.

Trying to renew my existing policy turned into an absolute nightmare. They made the process ridiculously complicated even though I was already a customer. My premium jumped up by 350% over the past two years, and this year alone they wanted to charge me 1000 dollars more. It's completely outrageous. I found much better coverage and rates with another provider, so I'm definitely not coming back to this company.

This insurance company is full of nonsense and misleading marketing. Nothing about it makes sense. The quote process is a complete hassle with crazy requirements like being over 50 years old, having a spotless driving record for 30 years, and never filing any claims. It's ridiculous.
