I wish they offered a zero star option because that's what this deserves. I've bought from them before with no problems, but this time I ordered two items that didn't fit right. I returned them and heard nothing for weeks - no refund notification, no acknowledgment, nothing. When I finally called, their phone system was impossible. It kept demanding an eight-digit order number even though mine had thirteen digits. The system just wouldn't accept it. I had to search online to find an alternate customer service number. After getting through another complicated menu and having trouble understanding the representative, she did process the return since I had my tracking info and had called ahead, but then she charged me an extra $12.95 for the return. Later I called back and asked to be removed from their mailing list.

I actually read the reviews before ordering and probably should have just stayed away. My order arrived but the sizes weren't right for me. I have USPS receipts proving I sent the return, but they keep claiming they never got it. Seems like maybe that's their trick for keeping profits up when their reviews are already so bad. They're saying it'll take 4 to 6 weeks for a refund if and when they do receive the items. This company is a mess. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to shop.

Skip Northstyle completely. Their return process is a nightmare and way too confusing. I had to go to UPS to get return bags and then to the post office. Now I found out they're charging $12.95 per item for shipping and saying it takes 6 weeks to process a refund. That's not happening again.

I'm really disappointed with how North Style handled my order. I got two clothing items and one didn't fit, so I asked to exchange it for a larger size. They never communicated with me about it and just decided not to do the exchange without any explanation or heads up. I only found out when I called to check on it myself. They did issue a refund eventually, but it was $12 short of what I actually paid. The rep on the phone didn't mention the shortage at all. I just discovered it when I checked my bank statement. If it was a shipping charge, they should have told me instead of leaving me to figure it out on my own. I really do like their clothing, but I can't support a company that treats customers this way. I won't be back.

Ordered a couple of shirts and was really disappointed with how they felt. The weave was super loose and cheap looking. Decided to send them back, but here's the kicker - the refund I got was less than what I originally paid. Getting them to me cost $7.49, but sending them back ran me $20.11 with their label. Definitely won't be ordering from this place again.

I purchased a dress that didn't fit, so I wanted to return it. I thought they were a UK company since their website didn't mention anything about shipping to China. Their return policy just says you pay for shipping and need to email them for details, but the return address isn't listed on the site. They did respond quickly to my email, but then told me it would cost around $30 to send back to China depending on the courier, or I could keep the dress and only get a 30% refund. The dress cost $35 in the first place. I won't be ordering from them again.

The clothing quality here is really bad. My order took forever to arrive. Customer service completely ignored my emails when I tried to ask about a refund. Do yourself a favor and do not order from this place.

I placed a couple orders and during checkout they offered me a rewards membership. I thought it would give me points toward future purchases, but what I didn't realize was they were going to charge me $21.99 every single month. I didn't catch it right away until I looked at my credit card statement. The terms weren't clear at all and I definitely don't remember agreeing to a monthly subscription fee. Why would anyone sign up to pay that much each month? Beyond that, two long sleeve shirts I bought faded after one wash and had to be donated, and two pairs of shorts started coming apart at the waistline after a couple washes. The only items worth keeping were two vests. The poor quality has turned me off completely and I haven't ordered anything in months. I won't be going back.

Most of the items I've gotten from here have actually been great, but then I ordered a shirt in a small and it fit like a large. I sent it back and they only refunded me half of what I paid for it. That doesn't seem right at all. The quality just isn't worth it, so I'm done shopping there.

I'm really happy with the clothes I got from North Style and they made everything super easy. The shipping was quick too.
