Bought Dragon Professional months ago and needed to reinstall after my computer crashed. Tried downloading through my order history but the download link was broken at Digital River. Called Nuance support and they extended my download window, but I kept hitting an IP address not found error. Called Digital River and their rep couldn't help either. He actually got the same error message when he tried the link from their end. Then he suggested I check my internet, even though I explained I can access every other site and he's seeing the exact same error. He told me to wait a few minutes because maybe the server was down. I've tried multiple times over days with no luck. Escalated to their supervisor who also couldn't fix it and said they'd send it to technical support. The whole experience confirms what other reviewers say: after they have your money, their support completely falls apart.

I'm extremely disappointed with this company right now. I've owned Dragon since August 2019. This past weekend my hard drive crashed completely. I put in a new drive and tried to reinstall the software, but kept getting an error that the license key isn't valid. I reached out to support and they're telling me I need to buy a new key for 150 dollars. Absolutely unacceptable. This is the same computer and I shouldn't have to repurchase anything. Windows doesn't make you buy a new key when your hard drive fails. Shame on you for this practice. I'm planning to tell everyone I can about how this company operates. It's shady and I hope they face consequences for treating customers this way.

Total scam. They'll take your money. Tried their 'free' trial but you have to input credit card details. After hitting submit, the page throws an error: 'Server Error. We are unable to perform the selected action. Error Number: SIT_000002.' Tried again a couple times. Same error both times. Then I checked my bank statement and found out I was charged three separate times for 450 dollars! Called customer service and they said they'd contact the accounting department. A week goes by and nothing's resolved, leaving me 450 short. Every time I try reaching customer service they're impossible to get through to. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'M SERIOUS. STAY AWAY!!!!
