I tried reaching out through chat and email but got no responses. The company is operating a scam. I had to dispute the charges to fight and get my money back. They also don't even post a phone number anywhere so there's no way to contact them.
Got some bulk walnuts in the shell, a couple different trail mix varieties, papaya spears, and pecans. Everything arrived fresh and tasted great with good expiration dates on everything. The shipping was quick too. Definitely ordering more stuff.
If I could rate this any lower I would. I placed my order in late September and got a shipping notification that the label was created. That's the last I heard. It still shows the same status. I tried texting and emailing them repeatedly and they never answer. This company basically takes your money and disappears. A lot of people have been scammed like this. Avoid them at all costs.
It's been a month and still no sign of my order. Their recording claims they respond to texts within a day, but I've sent messages for over a week straight with zero replies. I've tried emailing multiple times and gotten nothing back. No product, no refund. This is really frustrating and I want my money back. This feels like a complete scam.
Customer service is basically nonexistent! I've tried contacting them multiple times about an order where I only got half of what I paid for. There's no way to actually speak to a real person at this company. I've sent emails, texts, and even left voicemails. It's been about a month with nothing. I want either a refund for the missing half or some kind of confirmation that they're sending the rest. Radio silence.
I've placed several large orders with Nutstop over the past year. Twice now they've cancelled my orders but kept the payment. There's absolutely no way to get through to their customer service team, whether you try calling or emailing.
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two cases of peanuts. After two days nothing shipped so I emailed asking when it would go out. No response, but the next day I got a UPS tracking number. Only one case showed up though. Emailed again and got no response, but got another UPS tracking number the next day for case two. When it arrived, the box was damaged and the case was torn open with peanuts scattered everywhere inside. Both were just thin plastic bags, not actual cases. Customer service never answered any of my emails. The shipping department seems really disorganized. I posted this exact same review on their site and it's still pending. I'm guessing it won't actually go live.

I ended up having to dispute the charge to recover my money. Now I'm getting spammed with deal notifications from them. I think this operation might actually be a scam.
I bought six twelve ounce bags of in-shell almonds for my birds. One bag was fine, but the almonds in the other five bags were really poor quality. A bunch of them had no shells, and the rest had super thin shells that looked like they'd been damaged or stripped. The almonds in those five bags were also much smaller than the ones in the one good bag. I wasn't able to deal with it right away, but when I finally could, I realized their return policy is super strict with only seven days to file a complaint. So now I can't do anything about it. I sent a complaint email and I'm definitely not shopping there again.
