I purchased my set from Boots including brightening gel cream, eye cream, truth juice daily cleanser, and a daily cleanser. The daily cleanser dried out my face completely, like using plain soap. The brightening gel turned my face an awful shade of red like an overripe tomato. I'm really upset about how this looks. I doubt Boots will take responsibility, but I'm definitely complaining since these three products cost about sixty pounds.

Whenever there's a promotion or sale happening, especially around major shopping events, my orders just don't ship. I've placed 3 orders total, and 2 of them qualified for a free item with purchase. Those two never arrived. The one I ordered later that didn't qualify? That one shipped fine. Their support kept giving me the runaround saying to wait up to 10 business days, then another 2 days, and eventually I got notified about a refund instead. So basically if something's supposed to be free or discounted, you won't see it. This has happened twice now, and they also refused to post my feedback on their website.

Their customer service is awful. Just look through the other reviews and you'll see the same complaints popping up constantly. You can't cancel orders, change your shipping address, or make any modifications once you've purchased. I accidentally sent my wife's Christmas present to my workplace and our mailroom is shutting down for the holidays soon. All you get are automated responses, and even when you get escalated to a real person, they tell you they can't help. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order but was never given a chance to enter my discount code. When I emailed to ask about it, I got an automated message saying they can't apply discounts after purchase and it's impossible to cancel orders. I tried calling their customer service number and after a short wait, my call got disconnected.

If you've got delicate skin, I'd suggest skipping these products. After trying the vitamin C line just once, my face puffed up from an allergic reaction. I tested it on my forehead for 20 minutes and didn't feel burning or itching, but when I looked in the mirror, my entire forehead was bright red exactly where I'd applied it. I tried again a few days later and got the same result, so I had to wash it off and wait for the redness to fade. This product isn't working out for me.

They won't provide samples and the local stores don't carry any either. I went on their website and accidentally placed an order, so I called right away to cancel. They refused to cancel it and told me I'd have to send it back for a refund instead. The whole business approach and customer service feel sketchy. I wanted to give them a chance, but honestly now I wouldn't buy from them even if they had the greatest products available.

How do they keep selling this when it's causing these kinds of reactions? What's in it that's causing this? What testing are they actually doing before they release these products? I'm really frustrated after spending significant money on these products only to discover thousands of people worldwide are dealing with the same problem.
