This company is absolutely terrible! It took a full month just to get my order and even then it was wrong. They never responded to any of my messages about getting an exchange or refund. Trust me when I say you'll save yourself time and money by shopping somewhere else. Do not order from them.

UPDATE: After pushing back about the six month expiration on my store credit, they initially weren't budging. But I sent another email explaining how unusual this policy is and how it's actually illegal in some states. They eventually extended my credit to a full year, which I do appreciate. I'm giving them extra credit for being willing to adjust that, but I still can't give five stars when they stick with this expiration policy. Just keep in mind that things sell out really fast and inventory disappears quickly during that window.

The return policy here is absolutely terrible. I picked up four items that totaled almost four hundred dollars. When I tried to send them back because the fit and material weren't right, I realized they only offer store credit? For a brand charging these prices, it's shocking how cheap they are with returns. I'm done shopping with them, whether it's from their website or anywhere else.

The customer service response time is honestly appalling. My package got lost by UPS after they sent it signature required without notifying me beforehand. UPS is investigating the issue, but I really need OneTeaspoon to look into it and send a replacement. My email bounced back and I got an automated response on Instagram, then nothing but silence after that.

Stay away from this company. They don't properly convert between different currencies. When I realized they charged me in US dollars instead of my country's currency, I was furious. They never seem to acknowledge the mistake or care that you figured it out. This was my first time experiencing something like this when ordering from a brand, and it was a nightmare.

This company is really disappointing. I have a major problem with their return policy. I ordered two different sizes of jeans because I know sizes can vary, which is totally normal and something every other company allows. But they wouldn't refund me. Instead they offered store credit for four hundred dollars. That's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else that actually respects their customers.

I finally decided to use that store credit and tried to stay optimistic this time around. More than three weeks have passed since placing my order and it still hasn't shipped, even though they claim five to ten business days. And of course, customer service isn't getting back to me about any of this.
