The delivery was surprisingly quick, and the shorts themselves are great. But I ran into a problem with one pair and requested a refund. Unfortunately, their support team doesn't respond to emails and seems pretty unhelpful overall. Getting them to actually help resolve anything is like pulling teeth. If you do try reaching out through Instagram, you might get a response, but good luck getting real results. I'd honestly suggest buying from a different retailer that actually values customer satisfaction. Their website shop just isn't worth the headache.

This is hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I shop online all the time and I'm usually pretty flexible as long as the experience and quality are solid. OneTeaspoon doesn't answer calls or emails, my shipment took three weeks to go out, and what finally arrived was damaged. When I returned it, they refused to refund my card and only offered store credit, saying it's their policy. So I used that credit to place a second order and never got anything. Now my money is gone and I have nothing to show for it. They basically stole from me. Don't bother shopping here. Learn from my mistake and find somewhere else.

Skip their online store completely! Check out the customer reviews first because there are tons of complaints about this place. The items aren't worth the hassle, and Revolve is way more customer friendly. They'll only give you store credit for returns, you have to cover shipping costs, and then they lose your package somewhere in their messy warehouse. You literally have to provide proof that it arrived before they'll even search for it! This feels like theft to me. I lost $280 and I'm still frustrated about it.

I'm really frustrated. I've tried multiple times to find my order number which should have been on the packing slip but wasn't. I logged into my account more than five times trying to process a return and kept hitting dead ends with broken links. My order came in quickly, but two pairs of jeans looked completely different from the pictures online. One pair wouldn't even fit past my knees and they were supposed to be a harem cut. They looked terrible. Now I'm stuck with a big charge on my card for something I'd honestly throw away. This is so frustrating.
