What Shoppers Say About Quo
Quo receives polarized feedback, with 22 shoppers rating it 3.8 out of 5. The majority of five-star reviewers praise the platform for team communication efficiency, shared message and call visibility, and cost savings that justify the subscription. Remote teams and small businesses highlight how the centralized system enables faster client responses and internal coordination. However, a significant portion of lower-rated reviews cite serious issues: billing problems (charges without service delivery, upfront annual fees), non-functional features (texting unavailable), unresponsive customer support, and sudden account suspensions or flags without clear communication. Several long-term customers report frustrating verification processes that disrupted their business operations despite years of compliance.
The most consistent complaints involve account management and customer service responsiveness rather than core functionality. Some reviewers describe difficulties reaching support and unclear communication around account restrictions or feature limitations. The disparity between positive and negative experiences suggests that Quo works well for established remote teams with straightforward needs, but customers may encounter significant friction during account issues, billing disputes, or feature troubleshooting.

Sorted by: Most recentThe app itself works great on both desktop and mobile, which is what I wanted. Unfortunately, the customer support is basically nonexistent. I spent 3 days trying to get started and barely anyone helped me. There's no phone line, no real people, just bots. I was waiting over 8 hours between responses and still got nowhere. This has been the worst company experience I've ever had. After 3 more days of waiting, I finally got a call. By then my business number had been ported without anyone explaining why I wasn't approved by the registry. Without texting capability, I couldn't even bill my customers, so I've gone a whole week unable to collect payments. Don't count on their help. It seems like nobody actually cares, and the support responses are all automated garbage. If they actually gave a damn, this would've been fixed immediately.
I've relied on this app for several years now and it's simply incredible. Very simple to navigate, with a huge range of features and tools that really streamline business management. What really sets it apart is how the team is always standing by to help and answer questions, and they're incredibly fast about it. I'm really thankful to everyone on the Quo team and the whole development group. Wishing you continued success!
I've had this app going for several years now and it's genuinely fantastic. Super straightforward to use, packed with useful features that make business operations simpler. The real standout is that the support team is constantly available and responds super quickly. I really appreciate everything the Quo team and dev crew have done. Keep crushing it!
Absolutely terrible support, especially weird for a phone company that only handles things by email. Wait times have been several days even when the service stops working completely. I've been dealing with their issues for months now even though I already paid for the whole year, and after tons of back-and-forth emails, my service still isn't fully operational. The latest excuse was they don't have enough staff because of the holidays. Their latest message to me just recycled old responses that already didn't work. The call quality isn't even that good, to be honest. I've had to use other apps for calls way more often because of constant problems. I can't really speak to the texting quality because everyone else in our company got approved but me. My access keeps getting rejected because my company website needs approval, even though the exact same website got approved for everyone else. To make matters worse, whenever I ask them to look at the website thing again (which, again, is already approved), they tell me I have to pay for more review attempts. For the other people using texting, they have
A while after I signed up they increased the price, removed the ability to get text messages, and now I'm getting calls from people saying I'm bothering them and trying to defraud them. When I complained, Quo basically said it's normal for people to use your number to fake their identity. That's absolute nonsense. That's not normal at all. Then they tell me to just pick a different number. This is hands down the worst company. Don't bother with them.
My output has gone way up since I started using this app. I'm building stronger client connections by focusing my time on the ones who actually need me, and archiving completed work keeps things tidy. I really enjoy using the tags and bookmarks for key chats, plus being able to capture images and save them straight to my computer is fantastic. The auto-reply text feature is super helpful, and the call routing system has been excellent. I can take notes and ring customers up quickly, plus listen back to call recordings with text versions. I feel really fortunate to have OpenPhone in my toolkit. It's completely transformed how I do my job.
