My interactions with my coach have been nothing but positive, and the study materials are phenomenal. The actual meals are pretty good and the variety is extensive. My spouse and I started together and she's lost almost twenty eight pounds as well. The company's founder gets that this isn't meant to be forever and provides real solutions for maintenance long term. The educational content is excellent. A lot of it applies to everyday life, way beyond just tracking food. Really enjoying the whole experience so far.
This company is a complete waste of money. They're selling overpriced snack bars and took forever getting my first order out. Can't reach anybody by phone and responses take over twenty four hours. My initial delivery showed up a month late with no instructions, just two huge books talking up the founder with nothing practical. They assigned me a coach but I've emailed and called five or six times and get nothing back. I'm sitting on expensive products with no clue how to use them while customer service just says find a different coach, but the system shows I already have one assigned. It's a mess.
The whole premise is selling pricey snacks for twenty two dollars per seven item box. You eat five snacks daily plus one meal with meat and vegetables. Maybe it works for some people but the system has issues. The supply issues are constant and shipping takes up to three weeks sometimes. Supply chain management is clearly broken and when items run out they tell you to order alternative snacks, which are usually not great. The coaches aren't really helpful, they just tell you to read their books and drink tons of water. Overall customer service is pretty useless.
