I immediately tried calling to report it but couldn't reach anybody, left a pair of voicemails that went unanswered, and only after several email attempts did I get a single response saying they'd look into it. That was a week ago with nothing new to report. Seems like maybe computers are handling this now and I'm not thrilled about what I'm seeing.
STAY AWAY FROM ORCHARD MILE! THEY REFUSE TO PAY THEIR VENDORS!!!!!!!A person there had us convinced it was an excellent opportunity to work with them, but they never settled their payments! Steer clear of that person (dishonest) and the business itself!!!
This place is running a complete con. They take payments on behalf of brands and then just keep the money instead of sending it to them. A single brand shipped well over ten thousand dollars in products in six months, all of which reached customers successfully, yet the company has withheld every single payment and won't release any funds. They're constantly bringing in new inventory, taking customer money, and blocking payments that should go to the actual sellers. Stay far away from this outfit. If you're a brand, boutique, or designer, look out for yourselves. This company will not compensate you for merchandise they're selling.
