Watch out!! I'd never shop here twice, the support is absolutely terrible!! They won't answer their phone, and they never get back to you on email. I've been hanging tight for a month waiting on a return for a five hundred dollar purchase, and I can't get anybody to tell me when my money's coming back. The worst online shopping situation I've ever experienced.

I ordered a dress but ended up reaching out directly to the brand that makes it and they were far more helpful and wonderful to work with. I cancelled my order before it shipped so I never got anything, yet the charge was still in process. Orchard Mile let the payment go through anyway and now the refund process is going to be a long drawn out thing. I should've read some reviews first.

My time with this store was absolutely miserable after buying something for well over a thousand dollars. Nearly two months have passed and my refund still hasn't arrived. Each time I reach out via email, they point the finger at someone else. I absolutely do not suggest shopping here.

Terrible experience!! DO NOT ORDER HERE!! Get ready to sit tight for 30 BUSINESS days or possibly longer waiting for a refund, assuming you actually get one! I'm never ordering from this place again! Hope this steers other people away too! Just not worth your time! They couldn't care less about making you wait forever for your money back. They'll claim they're rushing things along for you but they're completely full of hot air!! HEADS UP!!!!! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB about this.

A week passed after I ordered and still no delivery. I called the number they list several times but nobody picked up. After I finally got through via email, a rep told me the order had already shipped. The whole process took about three weeks from order to delivery. When I wanted to send the shoes back because they fit too big, I waited roughly 30 calendar days just for the refund to come through. Start to finish, between ordering and getting money back it was a two month ordeal. I won't use them again.
