When you finally reach their customer service team, the staff are rude and impatient. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Won't be ordering again.
Some of their products are okay, but the company itself isn't good to deal with. I don't feel appreciated as a customer at all. After I placed an online order, they offered me 3 samples, which seemed nice at first but is really just a cheap way to do marketing. I only got 2 samples even though I spent £170. That just feels cheap. Since I ordered, I've been getting tons of emails. I've clicked unsubscribe about 5 times, waited the 7 days for it to process, and I'm still getting bombarded. Won't be ordering from them again no matter how good the products might be.
